Process insurance billing on previous day treatment paper and electronic submission.
Review account for major treatment requiring additional documentation.
Contact offices when needed information is missing.
Upload claims to vendor for electronic filling.
Correct any rejected claims holding for electronic filling.
Generate pre-auth for offices as needed.
Re-sub claims for offices as needed.
Review and generate claims to DMO providers.
Generate Monthly encounters.
Requirements
1 yr of Dental experience
Experience in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics and Orthodontics
Strong Denti-cal (CA Medicaid) experience a plus
Ability to read EOBs and X-rays necessary
Billing experience
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
Advanced communication skills (verbal/written)
Strong customer service ethic
