Search for past due customers using databases, Internet and other search tools
Make initial contact with customer
Maintain and update customer files
Communicate with customers via phone, mail and email
Make initial attempt to collect payments for past due dental bills when successful contact with customer has been made
Requirements
High school diploma required
Must have an understanding of FDCPA guidelines
Will be expected to place a high volume of outbound collections calls
Knowledge of dental terminology a plus; office experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
